Bought panel caps today as the ones I bought 14 years ago needed replacing. The fence panels are fine and putting caps on the panels has saved a lot of weather damage. From office to yard, friendly helpful staff.

Address comes up as Burton but it's on the Yoxall road. Good basic stock of fencing, posts, sleepers (and somes pecialist bits), good prices and helpfull, knowledgeable staff. Well stocked little shop area, with all bits and bobs for fencing jobs. If it can fit in the back of your motor, then even with the cost of fuel you will save money over Wickes or B&Q!

Took my Money delivery date past then 7 more days went without delivery did not answer telephone or emails had to write a letter canceling my order before any response got refund then 10 days later delivery turn up told driver this order had been cancelled. He explained that this was always happening Ordered free else ware got next day delivery

If I could rate ZERO Stars I would. Took payment fine, no communication for delivery which had to be chased then just turned up. After only a week being fitted two fence panels had warped. Attempted to call and send email but no response from this company. So TRADING STANDARDS must know about them.

SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE. They are happy to take your money and then fob you off time after time. 7 days later still no delivery date. We will not be using them again.

Used this place on 1st hand recommendations from 2 of my friends. Thought it was going well when my order was delivered after 2 weeks (no notice of delivery, but that's insignificant now), but all the feather edge boards are a shorter size than I ordered. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, after about 2 weeks emailed to say brown was not in stock in the size ordered, but would tan do. I gladly accepted, but then heard nothing ever again and had to open case on paypal to get refund

They DON'T deserve A star. Do not order with this company! Placed order over 6 weeks ago. Cannot contact the company via phone and email. No response. Have requested refund waiting for response.

Placed an order for delivery, after two weeks of non supply I cancelled my order. That was three weeks ago. I have still not been refunded my money! Cannot recommend this company. Would give zero stars if it was possible.
